We loved this cottage and the location. A lovely spacious, modern cottage with a nice private garden. There is plenty to do within a short drive and the kids loved it.

If you like the countryside and want freedom then this is for you. Very close to Alton Towers and Leek.

The cottage was welcoming, clean, has good facilities and is of a high standard. It didn't take us long to get to Alton Towers and it is in a quiet location but close enough to walk or drive into Cheadle (supermarkets, pubs, etc). We would definitely stay again.

We thought this was a lovely cottage in pretty surroundings, and incredibly, our next door neighbours had booked out of this cottage on the very morning of the same day that we booked in, in the afternoon!!

The accommodation was 5 star, in a beautiful setting and has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard. I would definitely return and there is lots to see and do in the area with tons of info available in the cottage. Alton Towers, Drayton Manor and Heights of Abraham in Matlock, Bath are good family days out, Carsington Water is also recommended. We could have stayed two weeks - excellent!
